Shot in Southern Lancaster County after visiting some of our Amish contractors. We rounded a corner and this beauty popped into view. Being suckers for stock 70's muscle cars a U-turn was in order.

Vice & conveyor belts - Manischewitz Auction

The Manischewitz factory recently moved to Newark, NJ after being in Jersey City since 1932. At their closing auction we bought this old C. Parker Co. vice that had been with their company since the early 1900's. They also threw in over 50 rolls of old canvas conveyor belts. Kirk has started basket weaving some of the conveyor belts into super sturdy area rugs. He also has plans to paint on them. The smell of fresh matzo and crackers every morning is sorely missed.
